*Loaves may differ in size depending on the rise as they are hand made and not commercially produced. For every loaf we use the same weight of DOUGH however when it rises due to several factors the mass changes. This is out of our control - the baked loaf is dependent on many factors resulting in its unique mass.
•Vital Gluten - a pure protein, starches are washed and we are left with the gluten protein without the wheat- this product is imported with COA CERTIFICATION available
•Oat FIBRE - a zero carb product. This is NOT oats and it is NOT oat bran. It is a plant fibre, from the OUTER HULL of the oat groat. It is an imported product with COA CERTIFICATION available . IT IS NOT A BY PRODUCT OF ACTUAL OATS -NOT AT ALL!! It is a completely differebt product to oats that is 100% KETO FRIENDLY. KETO CO.
